Card payments are processed by Stripe, and processing fees apply to each payment. We’ll go through them on your demo, so you know exactly what a payment costs before you take one.

Why isn’t the price on this page?
Tree companies differ a lot: a two-person climbing crew needs something very different from a company running bucket trucks across three yards. We’d rather show you the right plan for your size on a short call than make you guess from a chart. You’ll get a clear price, in writing, on your demo.
What happens on the demo?
About 30 minutes on a video call. We walk through a tree job from first phone call to paid invoice, using examples like yours, answer your questions and give you a price for your company.
Do my crews need training?
The crew app shows each person only their own jobs, with big buttons for On my way, Start and Finish. It’s built for gloves, one hand and bright sun, in English or Spanish.
Can my crews see what we charge?
No. Crew leaders and crew members see the job, the address, the work to be done and the checklist, never prices, invoices or company revenue. The one exception: when a crew member takes a card payment on site, they see the amount due on that one job.
How do customers pay?
By card on site, with a card reader or Tap to Pay on the crew’s phone, or online from the invoice we email them. Payments run through Stripe and go straight into your company’s own Stripe account.
Does it work where there’s no signal?
Yes. Crews can open their jobs, fill in checklists and take photos without a connection, and everything syncs when the phone is back in range.
Is my company’s data kept private?
Each company’s data is kept completely separate from every other company’s, and every person signs in with their own login and role. Owners and office staff can turn on two-step verification.
